Chron, East Bay Express win Beard awards

The Chronicle is the winner of the James Beard Foundation Award for best food section in a newspaper with a circulation over 300,000, and the Jonathan Kauffman of the East Bay Express also picked up an award for reporting on nutrition or food-related consumer issues.
